Business Hours

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. One of our physicians is on-site at Sanford USD Medical Center 24 hours a day. If you need to speak to one of our providers after hours, please call our main office number at (605) 328-7700.

Location/Parking

Our main office is located on the southwest corner of Sanford USD University Medical Center campus. We are in Medical Building #3, first floor, Suite 102 and 102b, third floor, Suite 301 and 302 and fourth floor, Suite 401. Please see list below for physician locations. There is designated patient parking available in the southwest parking ramp, or in the parking lot directly in front of Medical Building #3. (Valet Parking now available!)

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (605) 328-7700. Please have your calendar and your provider's name ready when our Schedule Coordinator greets you. We encourage you to schedule your routine yearly physicals well in advance, as our schedules do fill up quickly. If you wish, we can schedule your yearly exam for next year as you leave your current appointment. Although, our routine well-woman appointments are scheduling far in advance, as always, we do reserve room in our provider's schedules to take care of your urgent care needs or problems that arise. Also, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Insurance & Billing

We do ask that you present your Insurance/Medicare/Medicaid card at each office visit. In addition, if your plan requires a referral, please give these forms to the Schedule Coordinator when you arrive for your appointment. We also will collect your co-pay at this time. If you will be paying for your visit yourself, we do ask for a minimum payment at the time of service. If you have any further questions prior to your visit, please call our office at (605) 328-7700 and one of our Patient Representatives will be happy to assist you.
