HG is a debilitating and potentially life-threatening pregnancy disease marked by rapid weight loss, malnutrition and dehydration due to unrelenting nausea and/or vomiting with potential adverse consequences for newborn(s). What is Listeriosis?
Listeriosis is a condition caused by bacteria called Listeria. This bacteria is found in many foods and can cause miscarriages, premature delivery, serious sickness or death of a newborn baby.
